Mobile Terms of Use

Last updated: May 31, 2026

These Mobile Terms of Use describe text messages (SMS) you may receive from Dacor Appliance Support (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, you accept these terms together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. What we text you about

We send messages related to appliance service you schedule or receive from us. Examples include:

  • Appointment confirmations, changes, and reminders
  • Notices that a technician is on the way or has arrived
  • Short follow-ups after a visit (such as a satisfaction check)
  • Logistics or account messages needed to complete your service
  • Promotional texts only if you have separately opted in to marketing messages where the law requires it

2. How often we text

Service-related texts go out when something about your appointment or job requires it. If you sign up for marketing SMS, we keep those to a reasonable frequency. You can opt out at any time (see below).

3. How you opt in

You agree to receive texts when you submit a mobile number on our website, by phone, or through another channel that clearly says you consent to SMS from Dacor Appliance Support. That includes any checkbox, keyword program, or disclosure required where you sign up.

4. How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop SMS from that program. We may send one final text to confirm we received your opt-out. You can also ask us to remove your number by calling 844-643-0215.

5. Help

Reply HELP for more information, or call 844-643-0215.

6. Message and data rates

Your wireless carrier may charge for messages and data. We do not charge a separate fee for our texts, but your plan’s rates still apply.

7. Delivery

Text networks are not perfect. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or messages you do not receive because of carrier issues, network congestion, a wrong number, or settings on your phone. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We handle mobile numbers as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties for their marketing.

9. Carriers and devices

Most major U.S. wireless carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and regional partners) support standard SMS. Some prepaid plans or devices may not support every message type.

10. Updates to these Mobile Terms

We may change these Mobile Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If you keep receiving texts from us after an update, you agree to the revised terms for the SMS program.
