1. Independent service

Dacor Appliance Support is an independent appliance repair company. We provide residential and light commercial repair and related services. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dacor Corporation or any other appliance manufacturer. Brand and trademark names are used only to identify products we may service and for your convenience.

2. Website content

Blog posts, error code pages, and similar material are for general information only. They are not a substitute for an in-person inspection by a qualified technician. How an appliance behaves depends on the model, how it was installed, and your home environment. Always follow the manufacturer’s manual and safety instructions.

3. Scheduling, estimates, and access

  • Online and phone requests depend on technician availability and whether we cover your area.
  • We try to respond quickly during business hours; we do not guarantee a specific callback time.
  • On-site visits may include a trip charge, diagnostic fee, or similar charge as quoted before or at the start of the visit. We explain how any fee applies if you proceed with repair.
  • We do not perform major repair work until you approve a written estimate or another clear, agreed price for the scope we propose.
  • You allow our personnel reasonable access to the appliance and your premises as needed to diagnostics and complete the work you approved.

4. Parts and repair warranty

When we replace parts, we use certified components when they are available and appropriate for your job. Any warranty on our repair work is described on your invoice or service paperwork. It may cover specific parts and labor for a limited time. It typically does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, pests, or a new problem unrelated to the original repair.

5. Payment

You pay according to the agreement we make with you—usually when the service is finished unless we arrange something different. We may accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, or other methods we tell you about when you book. If you choose not to proceed with a repair after we diagnostics the issue, you may still owe the trip or diagnostic fee we quoted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dacor Appliance Support is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, connected with your use of this site or our services. For any claim tied to a single service visit, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for that visit. Some states or countries do not allow certain limitations; where that applies, our liability is limited to the maximum the law permits.

7. Intellectual property

The design, text, images, and other content on this site belong to Dacor Appliance Support or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

We may link to other websites or tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or whether they stay online.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where we performed your service, or—if you only use the website and did not receive service—the state where Dacor Appliance Support primarily does business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
