This recall notice covers select Dacor wall oven models sold through premium retail and builder channels between 2021 and 2025. Under repeated high-heat cycles, the inner door glass bracket on affected units can weaken and place stress on the glass assembly.
Consumers reported sudden cracking and localized heat loss from the front door panel area. If your model is included, discontinue self-clean cycles and avoid high-temperature broil use until the product is verified through official channels.
Document your model and serial before you contact support. If any visible crack, glass movement, or frame separation is present, stop use immediately and request remedy service.
